Job Description

As a Sales Arborist , you will play a vital role in growing the business by building strong client relationships, conducting comprehensive site assessments, and providing expert recommendations for tree care. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all tree care service inquiries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
  • Conduct thorough on-site evaluations to assess tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate care solutions.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and bids that address client needs and project specifications.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using the company’s CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional tree care services to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field highly preferred.
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification preferred.
  • Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry.
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
