Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals Source candidates for IT and non-IT roles via job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and networks Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding Handle high-volume non-IT hiring (e.g., operations, customer support, retail) Lead IT hiring for roles such as developers, QA testers, and system administrators Conduct screening calls to assess qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal teams Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Track and report on recruitment metrics and hiring trends Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement strategies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both IT and high-volume non-IT roles Strong experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Naukri Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a staffing agency or RPO environment Background in recruitment for industries such as retail, BPO, fintech, or software Knowledge of pre-employment and background verification processes
