Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our client’s team to support the HR Operations department by overseeing the precise management, organization, and integrity of employee records. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality to ensure personnel files are complete and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

 

Job Description

  • Scan, index, and upload employee documents into the HR database, ensuring proper categorization and accuracy.
  • Review scanned documents for clarity and completeness prior to upload.
  • Maintain both physical and electronic personnel files in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing and collecting new hire paperwork and verifying required documentation.
  • Track and monitor employee certifications, licenses, and training records; notify employees and managers of upcoming expirations.
  • Assist in preparing documents and reports for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries regarding employee records, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

 

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS or document management systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Shift time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

 

  Pay Rate

  • $30.00 per hour
