Complex Litigation Paralegal – Orlando (Onsite)

About the Company

A nationally recognized, full-service law firm with offices across the U.S. is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a high-volume docket for complex civil matters.

Position Summary

In this full-time, onsite role, you’ll drive case efficiency by managing information, deadlines, filings, and attorney support across all phases of litigation. This position requires excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to track and record your own billable time.

Onsite -  Occasional overtime for deadlines; limited travel may be required for proceedings or trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and finalize pleadings, motions, and discovery in compliance with Florida and Federal rules; e-file in applicable courts/portals.
• Retrieve, review, and organize large document productions; manage bates labeling, redactions, and production sets.
• Maintain case files and databases (documents, transcripts, work product); update indices and tracking logs.
• Support depositions: prepare binders, exhibits, witness materials, and coordinate logistics.
• Assist with privilege logs, exhibit lists, and trial notebooks; coordinate demonstratives and trial tech.
• Liaise with outside vendors for eDiscovery, reprographics, and trial services; uphold strict deadlines.
• Conduct legal research; cite-check and proof filings and correspondence.
• Calendar and monitor case/docket deadlines (court and discovery); coordinate with attorneys and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and provide general legal/administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal (law firm preferred).
• Hands-on eDiscovery experience strongly preferred; familiarity with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar.
• Working knowledge of Florida and Federal court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF tools, and document management systems (e.g., iManage/NetDocuments).
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and vendor coordination skills; comfort managing multiple deadlines in a high-volume practice.
