Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Facility: Heartland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Boynton Beach, Florida
Shift: Full-Time | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our overnight shift team. As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily living needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety in a nurturing environment. Responsibilities: - Receive and participate in nursing reports at the start of shift.
- Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, and adaptive equipment.
- Explain procedures to residents prior to care.
- Keep residents dry and clean, changing clothing, gowns, and linens when needed.
- Change bed linens and ensure wrinkle-free bedding.
- Make occupied and unoccupied beds.
- Handle linens in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Assist with bowel and bladder care.
- Support residents during appointments, activities, and social programs.
- Safely lift, position, and transport residents using appropriate equipment.
- Help residents ambulate with or without assistive devices.
- Perform restorative care procedures as directed.
- Accurately measure and record residents’ height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Empty urinary drainage bags and record output; report irregularities to the nurse.
- Ensure call lights are within reach and respond promptly.
- Check frequently on residents who are unable to call for assistance.
- Ensure personal care needs are met in line with each resident’s preferences.
- Report changes in condition to the supervising nurse promptly.
Qualifications: - Completion of a State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
- Listed in good standing on the State Nurse Aide Registry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Basic reading and writing skills required.
- Prior CNA experience preferred but not required.
